Acceptance of terms

By using Trusted freight marketplace for Yemen trade lanes — through our website or app — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.

Nature of the platform

The platform is an intermediary that lists stock lots and products from factories and suppliers in China and facilitates contact and ordering. We are not the manufacturer of the listed products unless explicitly stated. Reasonable care is taken in vetting partners and factories, but product specifications and conformity remain the responsibility of the producing supplier.

Account and registration

Some services require an account with a verified mobile number. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your account access confidential, and for all activity carried out through it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Inquiries and orders

Sending an inquiry or sourcing request through the platform is a request for a quotation, not a contract of sale. No obligation arises until our team confirms the order in writing, specifying quantity, price, delivery and payment terms. We may decline or cancel any request before confirmation.

Prices, quantities and availability

Listed prices and quantities are indicative, subject to change without notice, and depend on supplier availability at the time of confirmation. Factory stock lots are limited and may sell out or change specification. Unless explicitly stated, listed prices exclude shipping, insurance, customs duties and taxes.

Shipping, customs and import

Shipping costs and lead times depend on destination, shipping method, weight and volume, and are communicated before confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer bears customs duties, taxes and any clearance charges in the destination country and is responsible for meeting local import requirements. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to publish misleading or abusive content, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts, to scrape data automatically, to impersonate others, or to circumvent the mechanisms that protect factory and supplier identities.

Content and intellectual property

Platform content — text, images, design, logos and data — belongs to us or our partners and is protected by intellectual property law; it may not be copied or commercially republished without written permission. By submitting content (images or notes) you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it as needed to fulfil your request and provide the service.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and as available. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the service running, without warranting that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit, and our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the order in dispute.

Account suspension

We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms or is used for fraudulent or harmful activity, notifying you unless a legal reason prevents notification.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page and the "Last updated" date above is revised. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Governing law and contact
